Shipments can be managed using our documentation/bills of lading or the customer’s delivery notes, or even via ftp. Electronically transmitted data are managed and monitored via a proprietary IT system with confidentiality of sensitive data in accordance with the law.

Motorcycle Deliveries

Your passions. With you. Always. TWS manages the shipment of motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, bulky objects and sports equipment in total safety thanks to the use of special metal cages, appropriately sealed and numbered.
The satellite tracking system affixed to the cage permits real-time monitoring of the shipment.

Luggage Deliveries

Worry-free travels? Entrust all your bulky items to the TWS Express Courier service: suitcases, backpacks, trolley bags, trunks, but also inflatable swimming pools, bicycles, mattresses and so on. A solution that means you travel light and in total safety: a new concept of the intelligent holiday.
Dynamic service
All you need to do is put a piece of paper inside your luggage giving all your personal details: name, surname, address and telephone number. The same information must be printed on a label attached to the outside handle of your luggage after it has been properly closed.
The luggage service operates from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 7 pm. On Saturday mornings the service operates in the main Italian cities. At weekends, the service is subject to prior availability. Rates are inclusive of VAT, collection from the indicated address, cellophaning to protect luggage, insurance guarantees, delivery and successful delivery text message.

The luggage service includes insurance cover for contents of up to €1,000 per item. In the event of irreparable damage to the luggage, each item damaged will be reimbursed to a maximum of €150.
With the TWS luggage service, you are guaranteed to find your luggage at the destination indicated within 24/48 hours with standard service and within 12 hours with air service, from the time of collection by the courier.

collectors and restorers as well as museums, fairs, auction houses, art galleries and other
companies or public bodies operating in the cultural sector.
TWS takes care of all the stages in transport: from packaging, using cardboard or wooden
padding and internal shockproof protection, to transport, loading and unloading with
specialised operators and technicians, delivery to a home address or other location. This
service can be insured or uninsured.
