The TWS national service provides its customers with a complete range of services for the transport or storage of finished or semi-finished products: warehouse management, perishable materials or materials with a high image content, to palletising of goods, door-to-door deliveries and any “bespoke” insurance solutions.

Shipments can be managed using our documentation/bills of lading or the customer’s delivery notes, or even via ftp. Electronically transmitted data are managed and monitored via a proprietary IT system with confidentiality of sensitive data in accordance with the law.

From receipt to the sorting of each individual article, through to the archiving, packaging, application of bills of lading, dispatch and delivery reporting, and management of returns.

Database management system

Database management system for warehousing, cataloguing and management of large volumes and management activities such as shelving, mezzanines, pallet racking structures.

Packaging

from sorting of materials to formation of packages, kitting of materials in the desired order and closing of boxes with double strapping.

Posting

filling in bills of lading, printing addresses on labels, pick-up of goods in vehicles and courier pick-up. Telephone assistance, cost reporting and return to sender always guaranteed.

Management of returns

receipt of undelivered goods, recording of reasons for return, repositioning in warehouse.

Efficient handling and warehousing

reception and unloading of goods in a maximum of two solutions, storage of goods, preparation of pick-ups by operators and management of bills for checking incoming goods.

Rapid dispatch within 12/24 hours

Rapid dispatch within 12/24 hours at a single rate throughout Italy. This service includes two delivery stages with prior notice if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, tracking service, management of undelivered goods and return of goods and/or documents.

End of delivery report

complete reporting of successful delivery status and recipient signatures, undelivered goods with reason.

Motorcycle Deliveries

Your passions. With you. Always. TWS manages the shipment of motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, bulky objects and sports equipment in total safety thanks to the use of special metal cages, appropriately sealed and numbered.

The satellite tracking system affixed to the cage permits real-time monitoring of the shipment.

Luggage Deliveries

Worry-free travels? Entrust all your bulky items to the TWS Express Courier service: suitcases, backpacks, trolley bags, trunks, but also inflatable swimming pools, bicycles, mattresses and so on. A solution that means you travel light and in total safety: a new concept of the intelligent holiday.

Dynamic service

All you need to do is put a piece of paper inside your luggage giving all your personal details: name, surname, address and telephone number. The same information must be printed on a label attached to the outside handle of your luggage after it has been properly closed.

Details of our services

The luggage service operates from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 7 pm. On Saturday mornings the service operates in the main Italian cities. At weekends, the service is subject to prior availability. Rates are inclusive of VAT, collection from the indicated address, cellophaning to protect luggage, insurance guarantees, delivery and successful delivery text message.

To activate the luggage service, call 039 20991 at least 24 hours before your departure date. The TWS team will collect your baggage from the address you have indicated.

Guarantee

The luggage service includes insurance cover for contents of up to €1,000 per item. In the event of irreparable damage to the luggage, each item damaged will be reimbursed to a maximum of €150.

Punctuality

With the TWS luggage service, you are guaranteed to find your luggage at the destination indicated within 24/48 hours with standard service and within 12 hours with air service, from the time of collection by the courier.

Transport service for artworks, collectors' items and valuables

Maximum security and efficiency The art transport service is for private individuals, artists, collectors and restorers as well as museums, fairs, auction houses, art galleries and other companies or public bodies operating in the cultural sector.

TWS takes care of all the stages in transport: from packaging, using cardboard or wooden padding and internal shockproof protection, to transport, loading and unloading with specialised operators and technicians, delivery to a home address or other location. This service can be insured or uninsured.
